Working at the intersection of design, technology and human capital development, Amna currently heads all things digital at ‘Kamayi’ – a fast-growing recruitment start-up. She has a strong focus on using technology towards the creation of a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workforce of the future. Driven by her passion for designing, developing, and managing products/projects for low-resource populations (particularly girls and women), Amna has a solid history (spanning over 8 years) of accomplishments in devising and implementing channels to integrate women and youth in Pakistan’s growth trajectory.
Ayesha Iftikhar is a researcher, mentor and activist in the field of Cyber Security. She has won many prestigious fellowships. Her major interest is at the intersection of industry, academia, and policy making in Cyber Security and she is working with many national and international organizations. She is looking for ways to bring major reforms in Pakistan’s Cyber Security ecosystem and policy frameworks. Besides, she is also working to create safe digital spaces for women in Pakistan.
An enabler of people and organizations through her knowledge and skill, Fizza is a passionate pharmacist and marketer with over a decade of experience under her belt. Besides her work responsibilities, Fizza is a strong advocate of women in STEM and extends her unequivocal support to these women in their journeys towards a better future. Fizza is intrigued by conversations that are rational, compassionate and strike a chord based on reason and logic. On the road to smashing the patriarchy, Fizza is trailblazing a path for women by taking up roles that have predominantly been male and is playing her part in reclaiming that space for more women.
A tech-savvy and business-aware professional, Kiran Jamil has a spectacular career spanning over 22 years in the field of computer, security implementation, compliance for ISO 27001 and ITIL. She has extensive experience relating to IS Audit and IT infrastructure. With a strong focus on quality service delivery to clients, Kiran has also actively participated in training her staff and senior management around evolving policies and procedures at the workplace.
Mifrah is an inquisitive mechanical engineer with over a decade of experience in academia and research. As an esteemed faculty member at UMT Lahore, she has had a special focus on skill building, cohort mentorship and guidance on student capstone projects. Mifrah also takes a keen interest in environmental sustainability, and currently heads the Research and Innovation team at ENERTEC – a start-up focusing on next-generation environmental solutions. In her endeavors, she has successfully led the development of a self-sustainable anti-smog device to control pollution and the spread of communicable diseases. Mifrah is a proud mother of two amazing kids.
